Digitalization Internship

PROJECTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

1) Digital Project 1 - Digital Transformation Support (D&T)

The Intern will assist in bridging the gap between the Technical Team and various departments (Procurement, Finance, KAM, Logistics). This role focuses on supporting project delivery through rigorous UAT coordination, comprehensive documentation, and proactive data preparation.

• Requirement Gathering Support: Attend meetings with stakeholders to assist in identifying business pain points and drafting User Stories.
• Testing & Rollout Assistance: Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and provide basic technical support to end-users during system Go-live.
• Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, schedule meetings, and update milestone trackers to support PMO activities.
• Documentation & Data: Prepare project-related documents and assist in cleaning/organizing data for system uploads.
• Requirements: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Industrial Management or relevant field; Advanced Excel; Eager to learn new Tech tools.

2) Digital Project 2 - Rapid Business App Development (Power Platform)

The intern will support the design and deployment of internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform to digitize manual shopfloor workflows, ensuring seamless data collection and operational efficiency for the plant.

• App Development Support: Assist in building Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps for shopfloor and office use cases.
• Logic Implementation: Support the writing of formulas using Microsoft Power Fx for data validation and basic app navigation.
• Workflow Automation: Assist in creating simple automated workflows in Power Automate for email notifications and approval requests.
• Database Maintenance: Help structure and maintain data within SharePoint Lists or Dataverse.
• Requirements: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (IT); Basic familiarity with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); Product-oriented (UI/UX awareness)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Final year or fresher students in related background mentioned above.
• Have knowledge of Tech tools, digitalization.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Working location: Tien Nga, with shuttle bus service from HCM to Factories
• Must have good academic records, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be aspirational, good aptitude, team player and Can Do spirit.
