Yu cu cng vic
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 58 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or IT project management.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consulting industries preferred.
- Practical experience and strong understanding of data analytics, process automation, and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
- Hands-on experience with data architecture and database management (e.g., cloud-based DWH solutions).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level English; Japanese proficiency preferred.
