1) Position Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth across Tuan Chau Group's digital sales channels through effective management of online distribution, digital conversion optimization initiatives.
The role aims to:
- Increase revenue from digital channels across Tuan Chau Group's businesses, including our, entertainment venues, and other tourism services.
- Improve the performance of OTA and digital channels.
- Leverage data and analytics to support business growth and improve customer acquisition.
2) Key Responsibilities
Digital Revenue Management
- Monitor and optimize revenue performance across all digital sales channels.
- Track key business metrics including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CPA, and customer acquisition cost.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve digital sales performance and maximize return on marketing investment.
OTA & Online Distribution Management
- Manage and optimize OTA channels including Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, and other online travel platforms.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory, promotions, and content across all digital distribution channels.
- Monitor OTA rankings, reviews, and performance metrics to improve visibility and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless customer experience.
Digital Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO initiatives to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and website visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze digital revenue, and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital channel performance and support business decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Sales or related roles.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality and Travel industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other digital tools. Experience working with OTA platforms is highly preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and performance optimization.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
