RedFern Digital is seeking seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be to understand our clients goals and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Digital Account Manager, you are accountable for the ongoing management and deliverables for clients across our brand portfolio to the highest quality.
i. Serve as the primary agency-client liaison, building trust through transparent communication and aligning regularly on goals/challenges.
ii. Conduct meetings to grasp marketing objectives, business needs, and challenges, then offer tailored, strategic digital marketing advice.
iii. Lead performance reviews and convert business objectives into scalable marketing strategies. Manage project scope, expectations, and foster long-term partnership growth.
iv. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, technical) to craft integrated digital strategies aligned with client KPIs.
v. Implement branding and performance marketing campaigns across channels like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc. Analyze market data and customer behaviors for effective ad strategies.
vi. Oversee multi-channel (social, SEM, display, email, content) campaign execution and optimize for ROI. Select ad channels, set goals and KPIs for each campaign.
vii. Efficiently allocate client budgets to maximize ROI, track expenses, and ensure accurate invoicing with finance teams. Forecast performance metrics and assess commercial impact beyond surface data.
viii. Manage paid campaigns (e-commerce, social, performance channels), providing strategic guidance on targeting, funnel optimization, and scaling. Oversee testing frameworks and intervene to maintain performance standards.
ix. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Identify innovation opportunities to enhance agency services.
x. Develop KOL/KOC and activation strategies in line with brand positioning and performance goals. Oversee influencer selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and event execution as needed.
xi. Provide strategic input on website projects (tracking, conversion logic, funnel alignment) and facilitate client-technical team communication for accurate implementation.
xii. Lead the development of integrated marketing plans tied to business and revenue objectives. Define communication frameworks, growth strategies, and channel direction across digital/social/e-commerce.
xiii. Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and spot growth opportunities within client portfolios.
xiv. Manage end-to-end client project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Optimize workflows, mitigate risks, and align operations with profitability goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
i. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
ii. Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles, preferably in an agency environment.
iii. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools.
iv. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
v. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
vi. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
vii. Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
