We're hiring a full-time, highly motivated Digital Product Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. You'll serve as the critical bridge between our technical products and operational excellence, working across teams to build, maintain, and operate the necessary support systems that power our growth.
What You'll Do
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the link between operations and technology. You won't just run systems; you will build them using modern low-code/AI tools.
- Business Analysis: Map out current workflows, interview stakeholders, and translate operational needs into clear technical requirements or process improvements.
- System Operations: Build and operate the necessary support systems to ensure seamless daily operations for internal teams and customers.
- Vibe Coding & Prototyping: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, ChatGPT) to rapidly build internal tools, scripts, or prototypes that solve immediate operational problems without waiting for full engineering cycles.
- Enablement: Create documentation and train internal teams on new product features and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Technically Inclined: Think and build things from the ground up. You see a broken process and you fix it using digital tools.
- Proactive and Driven: A self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with engineering, customer service, and logistics teams, treating peers with respect and dignity.
- AI-Focused: Proactively identify, evaluate, and integrate AI tools to speed up development, improve code quality, and reduce manual work.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in product operations, technical support, or business analysis.
- Business Analysis Skills: Strong capability to dissect complex business problems, document user stories, and design logical process flows.
- Vibe Coding Proficiency: Comfortable using AI LLMs and coding assistants to write code, debug, and build functional prototypes (even if you aren't a traditional senior engineer).
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with cloud and SaaS platforms, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Communication: Highly proficient in English communication, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of building consensus among cross-functional teams.
