JOB SUMMARY:

As the Digital Platforms Manager at Hoan My Medical Corporation, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, driving innovation and operational excellence through the strategic management of our digital operations:

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, optimizing digital processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • You will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and cutting-edge digital solutions, selecting the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • You will strategically manage our digital tools and technologies, harness the power of data analytics for informed decision - making, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute impactful digital campaigns. You will be a leader with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving technical excellence in digital projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy Development

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize digital processes and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Assess industry trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to inform the digital strategy and adapt it as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies, report on key metrics and outcomes, and provide recommendations for future actions.

Process Optimization and Efficiency

  • Identify areas within digital operations where processes can be streamlined and optimized for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement process improvements, automation solutions, and workflow enhancements to drive operational excellence. Technology Management and Innovation
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of digital tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital innovations and assess their potential impact on the organization's operations, recommending and implementing relevant advancements

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital operations.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve digital processes and outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication within cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and other relevant departments.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives and campaigns are seamlessly integrated into the organization's broader strategies, and lead and motivate a team of digital professionals to achieve common objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Digital Marketing)
  • Proven experience in digital operations management with a strong track record of achieving results.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, technologies, and data analytics
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices
  • Certifications in cutting-edge technology platforms is a plus (cloud, CRM, data analytics, etc.)
  • Leadership and project management: Possess the ability to plan, execute and deliver multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
  • Business acumen: Ability to make sound business decisions, such as when to hire new staff or invest in new technology.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to analyze data and insights to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and to drive data-driven decisions and actions
