Be the main PIC of the media performance growth, ROI and sale contribution from media to total E-commerce Sale target
Be in-charged of digital ads content & visual for all brands for Cosme group (Anessa, dProgram, Elixir.. and future brands upon allocation)
Be able to setup and optimize and manage media performance for CPAS & platform's onsite search display
Monitor and work closely with media agency to evaluate and ensure the success of media campaigns & ROI
Work with cross-functional teams KAM, Horizontal, Data, CRM to deliver company sale target
Work with cross-functional teams including regional, global, local teams and manage media agency to provide post-campaign data and insights in terms of reporting and presenting media trends, local insights and recommendations to improve the performance
Strategy & Hands-on execution to deliver all Guided GMV Digital solutions, including but not limited to CPAS, Onsite, Affiliate management & campaigns execution..
Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, regularly documenting, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.
Qualification Required
3+ years experience in Paid Social (CPAS), SEM, Performance Display & ever-evolving marketing solutions of platforms such as On-site Ads, Affiliates marketing, and digital strategy execution.
12 years of client/agency management experience.
Platform expertise (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) a strong plus.
Health & Beauty industry background preferred.
Proven track record in managing localized campaigns.
Digital marketing & eCommerce knowledge (Sponsored Affiliate, Social, Mobile, SEO, emerging trends).
