Digital Performance Marketing Executive

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Experience: 2 5 Years ideally

Reports to: Regional Performance Marketing Director

Role Mission

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Performance Marketing Executive to join our team for a high-impact, 6-month project. This role is perfect for a growth hacker who understands that digital marketing is more than just pretty adsit's about moving the needle on revenue, optimizing the funnel, and achieving a killer ROAS.

Whether you come from a fast-paced agency background or have experience navigating the complex ecosystems of Telco or E-commerce, we want your expertise to help us scale our digital footprint during this critical project phase.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the engine behind our paid media strategies. Your focus will be on execution, optimization, and reporting across all digital touchpoints.

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and programmatic display campaigns.
  • Optimization & Scaling: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. You'll manage daily bid adjustments and budget pacing to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Goal: maximize efficiency and scale our digital footprint.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor KPIs daily. You will be expected to dive deep into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to attribute conversions correctly and identify drop-off points in the user journey.
  • Reporting: Translate complex data into actionable insights. You'll provide weekly performance snapshots and a comprehensive monthly deep-dive for stakeholders. Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly no-fluff performance reports, focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-performing assets based on data-backed trends and past campaign performance.
  • Funnel Management: Optimize the lead-to-customer journey, ensuring a seamless transition from click to conversion. Analyze the user journey from click to conversion, identifying bottlenecks and implementing A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy.

What You Bring to the Table

We need someone who can hit the ground running from Day 1.

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in a Digital Agency, Telecommunications, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking setup and Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs should be your best friends).
  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see patterns. You have a proven track record of managing budgets and hitting target CPAs/ROAS.
  • Adaptability: This is a 6-month project. We need someone who is agile, comfortable with a hybrid work setup, and thrives under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills & Certifications

  • Required: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint (preferred).
  • Tracking: Deep understanding of pixels, API conversions, and UTM tagging.
  • Tools: Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Events API
