Job Description

This position is for our client in the E-commerce industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the business team; develop sales/order plans and online advertising strategies to attract customers, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational costs.
  • Develop, review, and adjust sales/order plans for each period to maximize the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of online advertising activities to ensure all KPIs and business objectives are met.
  • Track market dynamics and advertising trends to understand key factors influencing campaign performance.
  • Recommend and implement optimization initiatives, including refining ad methods, targeting, and keywords. Ensure all advertising activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including privacy and data protection standards.
  • Propose innovative marketing strategies based on market research and competitor insights.
  • Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Prepare, present, and deliver advertising performance reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and supervise team progress. Train and develop team members to enhance their capabilities in online advertising.
  • Handle arising issues and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements
  • College degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Meta, etc.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of 47 members.
  • Strong expertise in Performance Ads operations.
  • Proven leadership skills, including KPI setting and coaching.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good English reading comprehension.
