Role Description
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives across digital channels:
- Coordinate closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule
- Manage advertising budgets, track performance, and optimize ads campaign results
- Manage and update content across company channels: Website, mobile app, Social media (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok), Email marketing
- Design marketing materials: advertising banners, social media visuals, email templates, product/service brochures and other communication materials
- Contribute to content development and planning for promotion programs and product launches
- Implement co-marketing campaigns with financial partners (banks, fintech companies) to drive user growth and revenue, monitor campaign performance and reconcile related costs periodically
- Support the organization of events such as seminars and product launches
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries on digital platforms
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing; experience in financial services, securities, banking, or fintech is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English (equivalent to TOEIC 600+ / IELTS 5.5+), able to read materials and communicate effectively at work.
Korean proficiency is a plus.
- Familiar with design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video editing tools, and AI tools for content creation
- Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in running digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and using analytics and tracking tools
- Ability to create engaging video content for social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
