Key Objectives
- User Acquisition & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to raise product awareness and drive quantifiable user growth.
- Campaign Optimization: Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase user conversion across key channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Website, etc.) with a strict focus on ROI.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
1. Performance Strategy and Implementation
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across all key paid channels (Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings, specifically analyzing competitor ad strategies and keyword gaps.
- Work closely with Product and Content Team to ensure seamingless campaigns delivery with cohesive messaging.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time, in full and within the alignment for campaign execution.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Effectiveness
- Analyze the end-to-end marketing funnel to identify drop-off points and implement data-driven solutions that maximize conversion efficiency.
- Design and execute continuous A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to optimize website content and user journeys, ensuring a seamless experience from ad click to onboarding.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns against key KPIs, specifically focusing on CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data and dashboard to generate actionable insights as for quick decision making, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and strategies.
4. Brand & Channel Consistency
- Ensure all paid communications and digital assets are consistent with Studify's established brand voice and identity.
- Manage the daily operations of paid social media channels, including ads set-up and scheduling.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Experience: 3 5 years of experience in a marketing role (specifically within Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or User Acquisition).
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
- Execellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on interpreting complex datasets;
- Proficient in marketing analytics and ad tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads;
- Creative mindset, a love for storytelling, and a passion for education and technology;
- Ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional and dynamic team environments.
Preferrred:
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry, SaaS, or digital products.
- Experience with creative tools like Canva or CapCut to make quick iterations to ad creatives based on performance data.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and organic acquisition channels.
