Job Description

AGEST Vietnam is a pioneer in IT and digital transformation consulting, helping organizations across the BFSI sector and Non-bank (enterprises) accelerate their digital transformation journey through innovative technology solutions. 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO Focus), you will be responsible for executing SEO and digital content initiatives that improve organic visibility, website traffic, and lead generation for AGEST Vietnam. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to implement SEO strategies, optimize content, and track performance across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

SEO - 70% 

  • Execute on-page SEO tasks: optimize title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking and image alt texts across agest.vn.
  • Carry out keyword mapping and content gap analysis based on briefs from the Marketing Lead/ Sales & Marketing Manager, targeting BFSI and Non-bank (Enterprise) audiences.
  • Implement technical SEO fixes.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities, including outreach campaigns, directory submissions, partner collaborations, and link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and search visibility.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, crawl health, indexing status, and user engagement metrics using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platforms.
  • Flag anomalies or issues in organic performance to the Marketing Lead with supporting data.

Digital Content - 20% 

  • Write and publish SEO-optimized blog articles, solution pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content aligned with content briefs and business objectives.
  • Update and maintain existing web content to keep it accurate, search-optimized and aligned with BFSI/non-bank messaging.
  • Post and schedule content on LinkedIn and other assigned digital channels according to the content calendar.

Reporting - 10% 

  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports covering organic leads, organic traffic, keyword rankings and content engagement using standard templates.
  • Consolidate data from GA4, Search Console and SEO tools into dashboards for review by the Marketing Lead.
  • Track and document completed SEO and content tasks against execution plans.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years hands-on SEO and digital content execution
  • Experience in BFSI, Fintech, SaaS, IT Services, Outsourcing, Technology Consulting, or other B2B industries is highly preferred.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Comfortable with GA4 & Google Search Console
  • Experience managing website content through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Strapi, Webflow, or similar systems.
  • Exposure to Google Tag Manager or analytics setup
  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow execution plans accurately
  • Good written Vietnamese and English
  • Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Dev, Tech)
