We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO-SEM integrated strategy to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving growth on search engine presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze landing page, keywords performance and ranking in Google Search Console to identify gaps and opportunities.
Maintain landing page metadata (meta titles, meta descriptions) and build organic keyword segmentation strategies. Write on-page content optimized for KPIs and focus keywords.
Shape and test SEO strategies that balance link authority, content relevance, and user engagement to drive long-term organic growth.
Collaborate with the development team to improve product markup structure, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
Establish monitoring processes, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure consistent tracking of SEO health.
Continuously evaluate algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain ranking stability and growth across content freshness, authority, and engagement factors.
Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to strengthen organic visibility.
2. Product Merchandising & Content Execution
Manage and optimize product information, metadata, and content to align with SEO best practices.
Execute merchandising tasks hands-on to fully understand product data and customer search behavior in relation to SEO strategy.
Ensure product detail pages are optimized to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions.
3. SEO & SEM Integrated Strategy
Partner with the SEM subject matter expert to align organic and paid search integrated strategies.
Analyze overlap between SEO and SEM efforts to maximize visibility and ROI.
Execute SEM-related tasks to better understand how SEO and SEM complement each other and how both can be leveraged for stronger results.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO (on-site, off-site and, technical).
Proficient in Google Search Console, SEMrush
Strong understanding of structured data, product schema, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Strong understanding of modern search ranking frameworks (e.g., Google's A-B-C signal model) and how they influence holistic SEO strategy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other advanced analytics tools.
Bonus: Experience using AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT API, Jasper AI, or similar) to generate and scale content creation.
Highly detail-oriented with a structured, data-driven approach to tasks.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (web development, SEM, merchandising).
Eagerness to learn new skills outside of core expertise to support overall marketing goals.
