Role Overview
As a vital member of the Consumer Marketing team / Performance team, you will leverage consumer data, technology, and paid media expertise to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives for PropertyGuru Vietnam.
What will you do
- Performance campaign management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.
- Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.
- Mobile app performance:
- Manage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Continuously develop and execute A/B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.
- Data-driven decision making:
- Build and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
- Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.
- Others: Based on managers request, to maintain & optimize performance
What should you haveMust have
- 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on large-scale branding campaigns and mobile app performance
- Proven experience in marketing data analysis and user experience analysis
- Have experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns and working with diverse stakeholder network
- Ability to use analyze & tracking tools: Google Analytics (web, app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer, SimilarWeb, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with Data, Product Team, Tech Team to set up the tracking flow for boosting app performance
- Ability to use AI tools, with strong Prompting skills
- Have experience in product-to-consumer tools/ martech solutions
- Good English written and verbal communication is a plus
