We are seeking an outstanding Digital Marketing Specialist to create a scalable performance marketing system for our user and customer base. You will be someone who can execute advertising campaigns with high quality and speed, while building a strong, scalable user/client acquisition system with high return on investment. At the same time, you will play a key execution role in Digital Communication Design: delivering clear, consistent and engaging digital communication journeys and messages across paid, owned and earned channels, while closely collaborating with Content Marketing and Design teams who will support the detailed content and visual production.

Your main duties and responsibilities:

At ITviec, you’ll have full ownership of creating digital ad campaigns, optimizing the digital advertising performance mix, developing impactful and effective digital ad visuals and content, handling reporting, tracking, and execution of digital ad campaigns with ongoing testing.

You will also assist in designing and orchestrating end-to-end digital communications (messages, content formats, touch points and user flows) to ensure a consistent brand experience across all key digital channels, and work with Content Marketing and Design teams to execute the actual content and visual assets.

Your responsibilities:
  • Propose, set up and optimize comprehensive ad campaigns on paid channels (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Coccoc, 3rd party paid channels).
  • Be responsible for creating ad performance reports, working with other members in Product and Data Team to set up tracking systems, supervising data entry and providing analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and traffic to help optimize all campaigns.
  • Write ad content, create ad visuals and other ad content format with Content and Design Unit that generates better performance and brand awareness.
  • Execute and optimize digital communication flows and key messages across channels (ads, landing pages, email, in-product messages, social media, product touch points, etc.) to ensure they are consistent with ITviec’s brand voice and tailored to ITviec’s target segments (IT candidates and employers), while providing clear briefs to Content Marketing and Design teams for content and visual execution.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, Product and Sales/Customer teams to turn business goals (e.g., lead generation, reactivation, upsell, employer branding) into integrated digital communication plans and campaigns, aligning with the approved content and design direction.
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits, retrospectives and execute A/B tests, user testing / feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, set up tracking and optimize user experience, conversion rate.
  • Participate in new product / service development projects and in-depth interviews to understand and keep updated with the user persona of ITviec targeted segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Direct reports to the Marketing Manager for budget management.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience and track record in digital marketing or performance marketing with focus on Google, Facebook advertising, advertising costs and budget
  • Solid experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mixpanel)
  • Knowledge in making reports with Looker, CRM
  • Experience in researching and identifying target audiences
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B test and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in tracking setup with GTM
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-oriented and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to debrief and clarify requirements into clear actions, compelling digital communication flows and briefs (for copy and visual design) for different digital channels and audience segments, to work effectively with Content Marketing and Design specialists
  • Mindfully updating the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and Vietnamese

  • Knowledgeable about B2B model, across business industries, technology trends, macro and micro economy is a plus
