Omni-channel System Operations: Establish and optimize the CRM infrastructure to manage the entire customer funnelfrom Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)ensuring seamless data flow and effective lead management across Marketing and Sales functions.
Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the Product and Content teams to translate complex MedTech expertise into compelling marketing narratives and effective lead-nurturing campaigns that educate prospects and progressively guide them through the customer journey.
Data Optimization & Conversion: Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards to monitor key business and marketing metrics. Proactively identify bottlenecks within the customer journey and implement data-driven improvements to enhance conversion efficiency and overall growth performance.
Automation: Design and implement marketing and sales automation workflows that enable the Sales and Key Account Management (KAM) teams to proactively track, engage, and nurture potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), and IT teams to ensure data consistency and strategic alignment across both commercial and operational functions, enabling a unified and efficient growth ecosystem.
Language Skills: Strong English proficiency is an advantage, enabling effective engagement with international documentation, platforms, and professional resources.
