Roles & Responsibilities
- Work in advertising tools to implement and optimize digital ads campaigns across all channels included but not limited to display/retargeting, video, mobile, Google SEM & PLA, Facebook/Tiktok/Youtube/Instagram Ads.
- Place and monitor media buys and make adjustments as necessary to optimize the results daily.
- Evaluate digital ads performance produce detailed reports on campaigns.
- Collaborate with APAC digital team, other departments & stakeholders (Sales & Customer delivery team) to understand customer behaviour and insight that could add value to ads TA segmentation and thus, increase the conversion rate from lead to sales.
- Research competitor's online activities and new advertising trends that could benefit business performance.
- Take full ownership of the campaign lifecycle: from planning and setup to trafficking, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
Skills Required
- Degree in Marketing management, business, advertising, communication, IT or similar.
- 5-7 years experiences working in digital advertising with proven track on successful ad campaigns in Google/Facebook/Tiktok/Instagram/Youtube.
- Passion and experience in edtech is a huge plus.
- Confident in working full English
- Proficiency in the following: programmatic display, paid social and paid search.
- Have been working in all aspects of ad campaign management: campaign plan, setup, ad trafficking, optimization, reporting and analysis.
- Strong experience working with Ads accounts & tools, with understanding in pixel management. Ability to work under pressure, in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to see problems, seek what can be improved, offer ways to fix all the roadblocks, test and learn on different methods to improve final results.
