On behalf of our client - a multinational biopharmaceutical company , we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. You'll play a key role in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, while ensuring alignment with global standards and local healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Lead omni channel marketing initiatives across social media, CRM, email, websites, and online events.
Define and monitor performance KPIs and OKRs, leveraging data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and regulatory adherence.
Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver impactful, compliant, and high-quality digital campaigns.
Build digital capability by coaching internal teams on tools, analytics, and best practices.
Job Requirements
Must-Have
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 23 years in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries .
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proven track record in planning and executing omni channel or data-driven campaigns.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud).
Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Strategic and business-minded, able to link digital initiatives with brand impact.
Adaptable and resilient in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with HCP engagement or disease awareness campaigns in healthcare.
Familiarity with AI marketing tools, automation, or personalization platforms.
Background in healthcare content or regulatory review, or experience working with health-focused agencies.
