Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Daily responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, overseeing lead generation efforts, analyzing marketing performance using web analytics tools, and optimizing digital content across platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing and creating campaigns to engage audiences
• Experience in Lead Generation and driving targeted traffic to platforms
• Strong expertise in Marketing and Digital Marketing to align strategies with brand objectives
• Skilled in Web Analytics to monitor performance, track metrics, and optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in the beauty and wellness industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
