Manage and optimize the school's digital presence and content across the website and social media platforms.
Execute cost-effective digital campaigns to achieve assigned objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Independently run and manage digital ads and budgets; stay updated with new policies and tools on platforms (Website, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
Track and report lead generation and conversion rates from all digital channels.
Maintain cost and cost-per-student reports per channel.
Stay informed on user trends and platform changes to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Manage the school's social media communities, monitor feedback, and respond appropriately.
Collect and analyze social insights for optimization.
Collaborate with other departments to develop creative campaigns that promote the school's image.
Actively participate in all departmental activities and events.
Provide regular performance reports on the website and social platforms.
Perform other tasks as required by direct management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads and other digital tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad formats.
Dynamic, flexible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Responsible and results-oriented.
Experience managing ad budgets over 500 million VND is an advantage.
