DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - FMCG / F&B
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 8:00 13:00
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop & Manage Digital Marketing Plans
- Build and implement digital communication plans for products, promotions, and brand campaigns aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
2. Execute Advertising Campaigns on Digital Platforms
- Plan, monitor, and optimize ad performance for products/services across online channels such as Facebook, Google, Zalo, TikTok, etc.
3. Coordinate Content Development
- Work closely with the Social Content Marketing team to produce and manage digital content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand tone.
4. Implement Brand Campaigns
- Organize and manage integrated brand communication activities through SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, and Affiliate channels from planning to execution and performance evaluation.
5. Update & Optimize Techniques
- Regularly update knowledge on digital tools, technical standards, and advertising policies across platforms to optimize content, visuals, and campaign effectiveness.
6. Explore New Channels
- Research and propose new digital channels to enhance reach and audience engagement.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Trade, and Sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and quality alignment.
8. Trend Tracking & Application
- Stay up to date and apply the latest trends in Digital Marketing to enhance campaign creativity and efficiency.
9. Reporting & Task Completion
- Complete assigned tasks and provide performance reports to the line manager in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
- Experience in building content and campaigns following SEO standards; ability to plan, analyze, and interpret data reports.
Adaptability & Learning:
- Willingness to learn and quickly adopt new platforms, tools, and digital technologies.
Time & Project Management:
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and continuous progress tracking.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Analytical and proactive in identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions.
