Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram) and search engines (Google Ads, etc.) in line with the approved marketing plan, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and KPIs.
- Develop and implement periodic online marketing plans (weekly/monthly/quarterly), including paid media activities, SEO, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.); proactively suggest improvements for better results.
- Compile data and generate regular marketing reports to provide timely insights for managers and related departments to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop content, visuals, and media materials aligned with the company's overall marketing, communication, and event strategies.
- Manage and update content on the company's digital channels, ensuring consistency and user engagement.
- Research and apply emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or the Board of Directors to support the company's communication and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, especially in running paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and other online marketing activities.
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experienced in using marketing analytics and management tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends; able to propose strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong skills in campaign optimization; proactive, creative, responsible, and effective in time management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
