The Marketing Center – Retail Banking Division at NCB is one of the key drivers of customer journey digitalization, leveraging customer insights and data-driven approaches to create seamless multi-channel customer experiences. Job Description
- Support the analysis of marketing data and customer behavior across digital platforms to identify insights and growth opportunities.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and growth initiatives.
- Participate in building, tracking, and optimizing customer journeys across digital and Martech platforms.
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to facilitate business and marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics, Finance & Banking, Fintech, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Digital Banking, Digital Marketing, Customer Growth, Martech, or Customer Analytics.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset with an interest in working with data.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to explore new ideas and challenges.
- Exposure to Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, or other analytical tools is a plus.
