Duties:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across markets
- Set clear goals for growth, engagement, and conversion, aligned with brand and business objectives
- Own the content calendar and posting schedule
Content Creation & Management
- Work with in-house and external creators to develop highly engaging, on-brand content (video, photo, memes, reels, etc.)
- Write captions, suggest trending audio, and keep content fresh and platform-relevant
- Oversee asset creation, curation, and approval processes
Community Building
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and spark conversation
- Identify and build relationships with brand advocates, creators, and micro-influencers
- Manage giveaways, live streams, and social activations
Insights & Optimization
- Track performance using platform analytics and third-party tools
- Analyze data to optimize posting times, content types, and ad boosts
- Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate marketing, PR, or communications.
- Strong media network and experience in managing press relations.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing, branding, and event management.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (algorithms, formats, trends)
- Strong creative eye you know what looks good, what's trending, and what performs
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Comfort with tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or user-generated content
- Fluent in Chinese speaking and written will added advantages
