About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketer to own paid acquisition and growth across our funnel. You'll run performance marketing end-to-end, lead go-to-market for new product and feature launches, and drive measurable trial-to-paid growth for a global SaaS product.
What You'll Do
- Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads — strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead go-to-market for product and feature launches: positioning, channel selection, activation, and post-launch review.
- Improve SaaS funnel performance — trial-to-paid conversion, freemium activation, and retention loops.
- Analyze campaign and funnel data to prioritize spend and scale what works.
- Collaborate across product, content, and design in a global, cross-cultural team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing, running paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads with full ownership of paid strategy end-to-end.
- Hands-on go-to-market (GTM) experience — you've owned at least one product or feature launch, from positioning and channel planning through activation and post-launch review (not just always-on acquisition).
- SaaS background — direct experience marketing a SaaS or tech product, with a solid understanding of trial-to-paid funnels, freemium dynamics, and SaaS funnel mechanics.
- Comfortable operating across multiple cultures and markets — strong candidates often have direct experience working in or alongside teams across different countries.
- Strong analytical mindset and fluency with marketing/analytics tooling.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
