Our client is a leading education corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap that supports the institution's overall marketing, communications, and student recruitment objectives.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated digital experiences across key channels including websites, social media, and mobile platforms.
- Manage and optimise the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Recruitment, Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Marketing Services to ensure aligned campaigns and measurable impact.
- Oversee the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of the organisation's website and digital platforms, ensuring strong user experience and brand consistency.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM initiatives to strengthen search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and improve online discoverability.
- Lead the strategic use of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (including Salesforce) to improve lead nurturing, personalise engagement, and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function by identifying new technologies and improving processes that support student recruitment and engagement.
- Ensure effective integration of marketing technology solutions to streamline workflows and improve data collection and utilisation.
- Build and maintain a robust digital analytics and reporting framework using BI tools to measure campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Analyse digital data and customer journey insights to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for optimisation, delivering actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Plan and implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives to improve engagement and performance across digital touchpoints.
- Apply data insights to refine marketing strategies, increase campaign effectiveness, and enhance the digital user experience.
- Explore and leverage relevant AI technologies to drive innovation and improve customer engagement outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and performance excellence.
- Set clear goals, provide coaching and feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, technology providers, and digital partners to ensure high-quality delivery and optimal value.
- Monitor emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, introducing best practices and innovative approaches where appropriate.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with relevant data privacy and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a proven ability to design and implement successful multi-channel strategies and campaigns.
- Minimum of 3 years experience leading or managing a digital marketing team.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing digital channels including websites, SEO/SEM, paid media, social platforms, and email marketing.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimising campaigns for measurable return on investment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CRM systems including Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualisation or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working with website content management systems such as Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proven track record of developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies that deliver measurable improvements in search performance.
- Experience managing complex paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital content strategy and its integration across multiple marketing channels.
- Familiarity with digital experience optimisation and the adoption of emerging marketing technologies.
- Experience managing and coordinating with external agencies and technology vendors.
- A master's degree or professional certifications (such as Google certifications, HubSpot certifications, or CIM Digital Marketing qualifications) would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the international higher education sector and its marketing landscape is considered a plus.
- Direct experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript would be beneficial.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
