MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Lisle, Illinois (USA), is one of the world's leading interconnector manufacturers.

Molex Vietnam has been operating its first factory at Thang Long Industrial Park I since 2007. Currently, Molex is investing in a NEW FACTORY located at Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen province, with a total investment of approximately 145 million USD, covering an area of 100,000 m and divided into 3 phases. This factory will produce high-tech products, such as high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Engineer to lead operational excellence through digital transformation in our manufacturing value stream. You will work closely with global team & stake holders to identify business needs, optimize processes, and design user-friendly solutions for MES systems and related tools. This role blends lean manufacturing, UI/UX design, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful solutions that improve efficiency and adoption across global sites.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Excellence Implementation: Support and deploy OE strategies, monitor progress, and report results.

Business Analysis & Process Optimization:

o Collaborate with manufacturing and lifecycle teams to define requirements.

o Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to create actionable documentation.

o Recommend process improvements using lean principles and digital best practices.

Digital Solution Design & Testing:

o Create intuitive wireframes aligned with UI/UX and Molex Operating System standards.

o Ensure solutions meet business needs while maintaining simplicity and usability.

o Test interfaces for reliability and user experience.

Change Management & Training:

o Develop and deliver training programs to drive adoption.

o Promote knowledge sharing and cultural transformation across sites.

Ensure compliance with 5S & Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and company asset protection.

Support Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems.

What We're Looking For

Education:

o Required: Degree in industrial Engineering , Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Skills:

o Fluent English communication.

o Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change.

o Knowledge of manufacturing processes and programming basics (C#, C++, Python)
