We perform the end-to-end software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end content production

Independently handle the full workflow: ideation scripting filming editing publishing optimization.

Produce and publish 35 short videos per week (TikTok as primary platform).

Build and maintain repeatable content series (devlog, demo, bug diary, Q&A, build-in-public).

Product storytelling

Document and communicate real product development journey.

Translate technical progress, features, and problems into simple, engaging stories for non-technical audiences.

Performance optimization

Track key metrics (retention, engagement, conversion).

Continuously improve hooks, pacing, subtitles, and CTAs based on data.

Community building

Actively interact with the audience.

Turn community questions and feedback into follow-up content.

Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.

Follow confidentiality rules and content approval processes when required.

Reporting & iteration

Conduct weekly content reviews (what worked, what didn't, next experiments).

Propose new formats and creative directions.

Requirements:

Must-have

Ability to independently deliver the full content production loop.

Strong on-camera presence: clear speech, natural delivery, strong first-3-second hook.

Solid video editing skills (CapCut/Jianying/Premiere): subtitles, pacing, B-roll, basic audio cleanup.

Reliable and consistent execution with weekly output.

Professional discipline, especially regarding confidentiality and approval workflows.

Should-have (High priority)

Understanding of short-video performance metrics and optimization.

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language.

Strong community management and engagement skills.

Capability to design and maintain consistent content series.

Comfortable working daily with engineers and product teams.

Nice-to-have (Bonus)

Experience running a build-in-public or devlog channel.

Background in technical or B2B content (developer tools, AI, robotics, automotive, etc.).

Ability to create English subtitles or voice-over for global audiences.

Basic design and motion graphics skills (thumbnails, simple animations).
