Digital Consultant/R&D - Architecture, Engineering & Construction

Our client is leading international provider of digital design delivery solutions for the

Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Specialising in BIM, 2D/3D documentation, technical support, and project management services for architects, engineers,

contractors, and developers worldwide leveraging advanced technologies such as BIM, automation, and AI to deliver outstanding results on complex projects

As Research & Development Manager you are responsible for managing and developing the R&D team to deliver innovative digital solutions and support the continuous improvement of core services in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. In this role, you will coordinate R&D activities, drive research into new technologiesincluding AI and automation

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or

related field.

7+ years of relevant R&D or technical experience, with proven ability to lead

and manage technical teams.

Strong experience in resource planning, project management, and delivering

multiple projects simultaneously.

Practical experience with programming languages (C#, Python, JavaScript, C/C++,

Java or similar), and BIM APIs (e.g., Revit API, ArchiCAD GDL).

Proficient with AEC industry software/technologies (Revit, Rhino, BIM platforms).
