Project Scope & Description:
The responsibilities for the role centre on supporting the Greater Asia Digital Commerce Insight Lead in advancing the Greater Asia dCom Insight agenda, with a particular emphasis on Vietnam and Thailand. This involves a range of activities aimed at driving growth and improving performance across platforms.
- Own the day-to-day performance analytics and reporting cadence for Vietnam digital commerce, turning platform, sell-out, media, and shopper data into clear actions that improve traffic, conversion, assortment, pricing/promo, and growth.
- Support GA dCOM Insight Lead on the meta learning across different platforms and across countries to pinpoint growth opportunities and give actionable recommendation to dCOM business team.
- Support monthly business reviews, and leadership updates.
- Validate and ensure quality of performance tracking data.
Expected Deliverables/Outputs
- Regular performance data tracking with quality.
- Ad-hoc projects delivered on time in full of high quality of insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ year experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence roles with proven business impact (Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence)
- Extensive experience working comfortably with multiple data sources and large datasets to solve day-to-day business questions.
- Strong business translation: turning analysis into actions.
- Strong data cleaning and data validation ability.
- Understanding of the digital commerce space is a great plus.
- Can flexibly work independently and as a team with good time management, stakeholder management and project management.
- Native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written).
