Digital/AI Project Manager

Location: Thu Duc, HCMC

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI projects (from use case identification, pilot implementation to full deployment and scaling).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and refine AI/analytics use cases aligned with operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans and data-driven solutions.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Data teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure project delivery meets timeline, scope, budget, and expected business impact.
• Identify and manage risks, especially related to data availability and quality or system integration.
• Coordinate with solution vendors and monitor delivery performance
• Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement after deployment
• Track and report project progress to management and steering committee
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager

Qualifications

Education:

•  Bachelor's degree in IT, Data, or related fields

Related experience

•  3–5 years of experience in project management or digital/IT projects
• Proven experience in delivering at least 1–2 AI / data / automation projects in a real business environment
•  Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage
•  Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
