1. POSITION OVERVIEW
Position: Digital Ads Marketing Executive
Experience: 1-3 YOE
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City – near the HCMC University in Thu Duc
Reporting To: Line Manager
2. POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting paid advertising campaigns based on approved plans, budgets, and Line Manager direction.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
· Execute approved plans, budgets, audiences, content direction, and timelines.
· Track CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and budget use.
· Adjust targeting, budgets, placements, bidding, and creatives to improve results.
· Coordinate with Content and Design teams for ad materials and landing pages.
· Run basic A/B tests and monitor accounts, billing, policies, pixels, and tracking.
· Prepare reports, flag risks, stay updated on platform changes, and support assigned marketing tasks.
4. JOB REQUIREMENTS
· 1-3 years in Digital Ads, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing.
· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
· Understands key metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate.
· Able to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns.
· Good Excel/Google Sheets, coordination, reporting, and English skills.
· Responsible with budgets, data, access, deadlines, and follow-up.
5. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in Technology, Software, B2B, Education, Recruitment, or Professional Services.
· Basic knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, or landing pages.
· Portfolio, campaign report, or examples showing advertising results.
