Responsibilities
- Review of IP/SOC test specifications, and development of test cost reduction scheme in design side.
- Design feed-back to improve controllability and observability of RTLs.
- ATE vector generation and verification using HDL simulation.
- Si. diagnosis of logic and SRAM for newest process technology-based products
- Mentor junior engineers, participate in technical roadmap planning, and introduce best practices in DFT methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in DFT with hands-on in SoC design projects.
- Proven ability to design and implement a wide range of DFT techniques and EDA flow.
- Solid understanding of CMOS VLSI design principles, computer architecture, and Verilog
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
- Ability to automate DFT tasks and develop productivity scripts using TCL and/or Python
- English enough for working purpose.
