Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for Backend (Python Flask / Node.js NestJS, Express) and Web Apps (React).
Architect, deploy, and operate production systems on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch, Serverless).
Define deployment standards, environments (dev/staging/prod), and release processes.
Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration (ECS/EKS).
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of infrastructure.
Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
Design and operate MLOps pipelines: model packaging, versioning, deployment, and inference (API or batch).
Work directly with clients to consult on infrastructure, capture non-functional requirements, and propose technical solutions.
Mentor team members and take full ownership of DevOps/MLOps domain.
Requirements
3+ years of experience working in cloud engineering, with a primary focus on AWS environments, experience with other cloud (Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
3+ years of experience building Linux and Windows OS system
Experience building pipelines & integrating security practices, for continuous integration and delivery using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation / Terraform/ Ansible.
Proven track record of automating complex cloud deployments and scaling services in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration.
A collaborative and mentoring mindset, with the ability to guide and support junior engineers.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize cost & system performance.
Experience in designing and deploying cloud/hybrid infrastructure, ensuring compliance with HA and security standards, and experience in migration and disaster recovery deployment are advantages.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence technical direction.
