Key Contributions
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and reliable deployments
- Maintain stable, secure, and scalable application environments
- Oversee infrastructure provisioning and configuration across dev, staging, and production
- Operate and monitor containerized applications for availability and performance
- Apply Infrastructure as Code to standardize environments and reduce manual work
- Automate testing, security checks, monitoring, and logging to improve system reliability
- Review and approve system changes and deployment requests for compliance
Additional Responsibilities
- Support architecture design, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Maintain documentation for deployments, incidents, and system architecture
- Advise teams on DevOps best practices, security, and cost-efficient infrastructure usage
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve platform stability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development or related fields
Must have:
- At least 3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong exposure to CI/CD, cloud services, automation, and infrastructure management
- Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications
- Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
- Strong hands-on experience of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud security best practices
- Familiar with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK
- Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory
- High competence in problem-solving, systems thinking, and cross-team collaboration
