I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy and operate applications on Kubernetes, including troubleshooting pods, services, deployments, and runtime issues.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Develop automation scripts and tools for deployment, system management, and monitoring.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenSearch, or similar tools.
- Deploy, operate, and optimize MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Apache Kafka environments.
- Manage Nginx/HAProxy, load balancing, and API Gateway, preferably Kong API Gateway.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secret management, and SSL/TLS configuration.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTSRequired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar monitoring and logging platforms.
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting Apache Kafka.
- Good understanding of networking, reverse proxy, load balancing, and troubleshooting tools such as curl and tcpdump.
- Experience with API Gateway, preferably Kong.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, container security, secret management, and SSL/TLS.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with good RCA capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming/scripting experience with Node.js, Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, or GitOps.
- Certifications such as CKA, CKS, LPIC, or equivalent are a plus.
