EmbedIT Vietnam is expanding our DevOps & Infrastructure team to support multiple enterprise projects across financial services, data platforms, mobile applications, and core systems. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, maintaining, and automating the environments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure that power the mission-critical solutions for our internal teams and external clients. You will be working in both cloud and on-premise ecosystems and support the Kubernetes platforms across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, operate, and ensure high availability of development, staging, and production environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment processes
- Develop Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Bash
- Manage and optimize Docker and Kubernetes platforms, including security and deployment efficiency
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards to improve system observability
- Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot incidents, manage SLAs, and support production stability
- Apply security hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation
- Support audits and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project teams to improve delivery and reliability
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
- Strong Linux administration experience in enterprise environments (Oracle Linux, Red Hat, CentOS, or similar)
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash
- Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and/or on-premise infrastructure
- Experience supporting Java-based application platforms (e.g., WebLogic, Tomcat) and messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience configuring and operating reverse proxies or load balancers (e.g., Apache, NGINX)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with database deployment tools (e.g., Liquibase) and artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus)
