We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, automate, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable blockchain infrastructure supporting digital asset platforms, tokenization solutions, DeFi applications, crypto exchanges, custody platforms, and enterprise blockchain networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain blockchain networks and nodes (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Polygon).
- Design, implement, and support highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Administer and scale Kubernetes environments (EKS/AKS/GKE) for blockchain platforms and related services.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch.
- Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage blockchain node upgrades, network migrations, and protocol releases.
- Collaborate with Blockchain Engineers, Smart Contract Developers, and Security teams to support production environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and application issues while maintaining high system availability.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience operating blockchain nodes or supporting Web3, digital asset, or blockchain-based platforms.
- Good understanding of networking, security best practices, and cloud architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
