Got It Inc. is seeking an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join our talented team in building groundbreaking products, such as MathGPT - An AI Assistant for Professors and a Tutor for their Students. You'll work directly with the founder and a world-class team of technology industry veterans to build the next generation of the Got It platform, handling a massive number of real-time learning sessions in multiple subjects.
The Core Job
- Build and deploy Got It platform on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build tools and solutions that will drive continuous improvement around monitoring, performance, reliability, availability & scalability of our infrastructure.
- Responsible for capacity planning, monitoring service KPIs and enforcing SLAs.
- Operate as primary point of contact for production incident response and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize for security, performance, and cost
You Must Have
- At least 03 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
- Deep understanding and experience with AWS services (VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, S3, etc).
- Experience in Linux/UNIX administration, configuration, networking infrastructure and security.
- Experience automating tasks with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
- Ability to maintain, monitor and optimize production database servers.
- Experience with automation, configuration management and CD (like Terraform and Ansible)
- Experience debugging system, networking and security issues on large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of service metrics through the development of dashboards, service KPIs, monitoring and alarming systems.
- Experience working in an operational environment with strict SLAs and managed incident response and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience managing micro-service architectures (Kubernetes, Helm, Istio, Envoy, Apache Kafka).
- Good English skills.
