Description
- Use IAC (terraform) to manage the hosted resources.
- Build custom Terraform modules based on architecture and compliance requirements and manage automated pipelines.
- Manage the Service Upgrade i.e., version upgrade of AKS Cluster and patching.
- Create PowerShell and Azure CLI scripts to admin purposes.
- Follow the documented process and guidelines.
- Monitor the infrastructure using monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
- Participate in production support activities including data patching, monitoring, incident resolution and problem follow-up for permanent fix.
- Respond to user enquiry, service requests and manage user expectation in day-to-day production issues
- Proactively document and maintain support knowledge for standard procedures or handling related to application support.
- Ensure high application availability and minimize service disruptions.
- Responsible for ticket resolution within agreed timelines and internal SLAs, measuring/identify potential risk and recommends risk mitigation wherever appropriate.
- Provide timely and regular updates to supervisor and users on ticket resolution progress
- Working on GitOps to automate the deployment
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology
- 3-5 years working experience in cloud platform preferably azure.
- Sound interpersonal, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Azure Administrator certificate will be advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills/knowledge to be able to identify root causes and mitigation steps.
- Focus on KPI's - Repeated incident ratio, Backlog reduction %, SLAs for resolution,
- Customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Proficient in Terraform and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, application gateways, storage account, virtual machines.
- Understanding of supporting database on cloud both PostgreSQL and MSSQL instances.
- Understanding of Azure networks in must (NSG, Subnet, Vnet, Route tables )
- Basic knowledge on Linux command shell
- Understanding of Azure data-factory, data bricks & Synapse will be added advantage.
- Understanding of repo functions like GIT or BITBUCKET.
- Exposure to Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Azure monitor.
- Experience working with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow.
- Understanding of cloud architecture and security best practices.
