Responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), automating tasks via Bash/Python, and containerizing applications on Docker/Kubernetes.
Monitor infrastructure using Dynatrace, Grafana, and ELK. Provide production support, incident resolution, data patching, and SLA-bound ticket management via ServiceNow to ensure high system availability.
CI/CD & Automation: Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, and develop modules using GitHub Actions.
Identify manual tasks and automate them using Bash or Python scripts.
Infrastructure & Containerization: Containerize legacy applications, build custom containers according to compliance, and monitor infrastructure using tools like Dynatrace.
Production Support: Participate in support activities including data patching, monitoring, incident resolution, and implementing permanent fixes. Ensure high application availability and minimize service disruptions.
Service Management: Respond to user enquiries and service requests, resolving tickets within agreed internal SLAs. Manage tool upgrades, support POCs, and proactively maintain support knowledge documentation.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Information Technology with 3-5 years of working experience in DevOps methodologies.
Core Technologies: Sound working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux command shell.
Tools & Platforms: Understanding of repositories (GIT, Bitbucket, GitHub), collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence), and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
Monitoring & Logging: Knowledge of ELK logging solutions and exposure to application monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
Skills & Attributes: Fast learner with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of DevOps and security best practices, with a strong focus on operational KPIs (repeated incident ratio, backlog reduction, SLAs, and customer satisfaction).
