Development Merchandiser (Backpack)

Working hours: 7:30am- 4:30pm, Monday- Saturday

SCOPE OF WORK:

● Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, order status, sample development,

and delivery schedule.

● Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to ensure

production runs smoothly.

● Follow up material status, production progress, and shipment schedules.

● Prepare and manage related documents such as PO, BOM, costing, sample requests, and production

reports.

● Monitor product development from sample stage to mass production.

● Support solving production or delivery issues to ensure on-time shipment.

● Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Garment/Textile,

or related fields.

● At least 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser/ Sales in backpack, bag, garment, or related

manufacturing industries.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

● Good command of English (4 skills).

● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

● Have experience working at the garment (backpack) or manufacturing industry

● Proficiency in an additional language such as Korean or Chinese is an advantage
