Job Title: Destination Products & Contracting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Destination Products & Contracting Manager Vietnam to join our company in HCM City. You will play a crucial role in shaping the travel offers and driving our business growth and efficiency.

You'llwork closely with internal teams, local partners, negotiate costs, and ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and sustainability. You'lllead and manage :

1/ the sourcing of suppliers and planning of trips that balance customer expectations with commercial goals.

2/ the internal training program for our teams (Sales, Operations, etc...)

3/ the database (products, quotation, ERP, contracts, etc...)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the tourism industry, in product, sales, commercial, or operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnam Trip operation.
• Experience working with DMCs and tourism suppliers, including cost negotiation
• An understanding of global travel trends and customer expectations
• Strong English and Vietnamese language skills (both verbal and written)-French Language is a plus
• Strong communication (speaking and written) skills
• Efficient use of MS Office
