Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

Strongexperience as Desktop support engineer

Strongexperience in supporting executive level users

Network trouble shooting skills

VIP Support skills

MAC & Windows support

Effective communication in English & local language are mandatory

Good knowledge on ticketing and monitoring tools

  • Engineer must be able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English(written and verbal).

Nice to Have Skills.

SCCM

Acquaintance with Intune

Qualifications:

A+ certification or equivalent knowledge

Hardware / OEM warranty certifications

MAC certification

Familiarity with ITIL processes
