Job Description
We are seeking ahighly motivated Design Verification Leader/Engineer to join our team. In our DV team, you will verify complex digital designs using industry-standard methodologies and collaborate closely with architecture, hardware, and software teams to deliver high-quality SoC/IP solutions.

Responsibilities
- Work onin-house VIP developmentand own verification ofcomplex IPusing SystemVerilog/UVM.
- Contribute toSoC-level verification, including CPU subsystem and system interactions.
- BuildC/SV/Python co-simulationand drive testbench architecture improvements.
- Hands-on withhigh-speed interfaces: UCIe, PCIe, Ethernet.
- High ownership, cross-team collaboration, and strong impact on tapeout quality.
- Collaborate with architecture, hardware, and software teams for seamless integration.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate verification and improve efficiency.
- For Leader role, you will provide leadership and technical training to team members and junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
- For Leader role: 4+ years of experience in SoC/IP design verification.
- For Engineer role (All levels): 2+ years of experience in SoC/IP design verification.
- Proficient in SystemVerilog, UVM, C/C++, and Python.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of SoC design flow and verification methodology.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of chiplet architecture, PCIe, UCIe, CPU subsystem, Multimedia IP, and other high-speed and low-speed interface IPs (e.g., MIPI, USB, I2C, SPI, UART)..
- Experience with gate-level simulation.
