Role Overview
Infomatix Web Technologies is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives on high autonomy and extreme ownership. This role is built for a self-starter who can jump into existing products, figure out complex business logic independently, and design intuitive solutions for the B2B SaaS, legal-tech, and project management sectors.
Startup Environment Mandate
This is a lean, fast-paced startup environment. We do not hire order-takers who wait to be told what to do. We hire proactive owners who find the gaps, suggest the solutions, and take the initiative to make the product better on day one.
We expect you to have a strong product voice. You will not just receive a task and style it; you will actively look at our existing ERP products, find the friction points, and tell us exactly how we can improve the workflow, layout, and user experience. If you see broken logic or a clumsy user flow, it is your job to flag it and design the fix.
Key Responsibilities
- Take Direct Initiative: Anticipate user needs and product gaps. You own the design strategy and are expected to drive improvements without waiting for a feature request or a product brief.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Reverse-engineer existing workflows and backend business logic. Dive straight into the product and figure things out independently without requiring extensive manuals or hand-holding.
- ERP Strategy Ownership: Simplify highly complex data workflows—specifically in areas like logistics, CRM, and project management—into intuitive interfaces. The goal is to make designs so clear that they eliminate the need for end-user documentation.
- Transparent Execution: Work autonomously while maintaining high accountability. Provide granular daily updates and pristine, highly organized design files to demonstrate progress.
Candidate Requirements & Skills
- Experience Level: 5 to 9 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a heavy emphasis on a senior background in B2B SaaS or complex ERP systems.
- Mindset: A product-builder rather than a ticket-clearer. You rely heavily on logic, intuition, and unconventional thinking to solve architectural and structural design challenges.
- Work Style: Proven ability to excel in an environment with minimal existing documentation.
- Communication: High-transparency communication is required to align successfully with remote teams.
Compensation & Logistics
Monthly Compensation: 10,000,000 – 13,600,000 Vietnamese Dong (VND)
- Initial 90-Day Probation: The first 90 days of employment serve as a probationary period to evaluate performance, initiative, and fit for the long-term, full-time role.
- Probationary Salary Adjustment: During this 90-day period, compensation is set at a 15% reduction from the base salary.
- Year-End Reimbursement & Bonus: Upon successful completion of the probation and continuous performance, the 15% reduction withheld during the first 90 days will be fully reimbursed at the end of the year, alongside your performance bonus evaluation.
