As we are expanding our vibrant portfolio in Asia, we are looking for a Design Manager to join our growing team in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and development of F&B and hospitality spaces, ensuring alignment with brand identity and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to create integrated design solutions.
- Manage design projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform and inspire innovative design strategies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the design process.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to F&B and hospitality environments.
- Coordinate between different disciplines including Interior design consultant, MEP consultant, Structural Consultant, etc.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management, specifically within the F&B and hospitality sectors, preferably on the client side. Local experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful F&B and hospitality design projects, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of current trends in F&B and hospitality, including customer preferences and operational considerations.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
- Experience with sustainable design practices in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and customer experience strategies specific to hospitality.
- Familiarity with construction processes, vendor management, and working with contractors.
