B. ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a Design Manager to oversee to support in project management role for our clients.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage drawings, specifications & coordinate project activities, and handle support financial/ purchasing tasks.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations for our construction and interior design projects, supporting our team in delivering excellence for high-profile clients. Your expertise will enhance our transparency and efficiency.

C. QUALIFICATION:

• Ideally you have design experience in interior & architecture, but you want to solve construction problems with your aesthetic mindset with technical/ financial support from Project Manager.
• You will focus on solve drawings problems to make the drawings into reality with real execution method, on budget and on time.
• This is the job for you if you are designer but want to involve more in execution and management side of the construction, interior and architecture.
