DESIGN INTERN

Job Description

• Enter BOM data into SAP based on Excel files (15%)
• Assemble finished products (35%)
• Coordinate with the Lab department to conduct quality evaluation tests for raw materials and/or products (30%)
• Prepare weekly/monthly work progress reports (5%)
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor (5%)

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated from a college or university in engineering or production/operations managementrelated majors
• Basic ability to prepare reports and tables using Excel
• Proactive and able to communicate effectively with other departments in the factory
• Internship duration of at least 3 months; working hours from 08:00 to 16:45, Monday to Friday

• Internship allowance: VND 5,000,000 per month
• Company-provided laptop for work purposes
• Work-from-home up to 2 days per month (or as arranged by the direct supervisor)
• Daily shuttle bus from Hanoi to the Bac Ninh factory
• Free lunch provided at the company canteen
