We're Hiring: DEQ T&C Manager

Are you a seasoned professional in
Depot Equipment Testing & Commissioning with a passion for delivering reliable infrastructure Join us at Colas Rail and lead the T&C activities for one of Egypt's most dynamic rail projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the T&C strategy and schedule
- Supervise teams, subcontractors, and third-party specialists
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and quality teams
- Review and approve test procedures and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations
- Manage punch lists, defect rectification, and system handover
- Act as the client interface during T&C phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in DEQ, with 5+ years in T&C management
- Strong knowledge of DEQ systems, construction processes, and international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, ISO)
- Fluent in Arabic & English; French is a plus
